WHAT IS DYE SUBLIMATION?
Dye sublimation printing is a technique involving the transfer of artwork from high-release paper onto a garment. This process relies on the application of heat and pressure to infuse the ink into the garment’s fibers, transforming it into a gaseous state in a sublimation process. Unlike heat transfer printing, which can result in a rubbery texture, sublimation embeds the ink deeply into the fabric, ensuring exceptional durability.
Due to this fusion with the garment fabric, the appearance and texture of the printed area harmonize seamlessly with the material itself. Sublimation also excels at producing vibrant colors and intricate patterns.
